The Lunn Healthcare Facilities and Living Care Group partnership develops new primary healthcare centres which are designed to provide our clients with modern state-of-the-art medical facilities for their local communities. Where a new building is not a possibility, practices can choose to join our refurbishment and modernisation programme.
Clients can access our extensive portfolio of healthcare services, which can be delivered from their own centre.
The service portfolio we provide includes site acquisition, design, new build construction, refurbishment of existing premises and facilities management, as well as direct provision of healthcare and training courses for health professionals.
All our clients can access these services either on an individual basis or as an all inclusive cost effective and integrated package.
Our team includes experienced healthcare consultants, including GPs, pharmacists, opticians and dentists as well as property and construction professionals with many years of experience in the healthcare sector. This combination of expertise ensures that we fully understand the requirements of Primary Care Trusts, GPs, nurses, other healthcare practitioners and ultimately patients.
