About us // Our services

complete health solutions

Services contained within our existing portfolio include:

Diagnostic Services

We currently work in partnership with Primary Care Trusts, NHS Trusts, NHS consultants and GP specialists to help deliver diagnostic investigations including gastrointestinal endoscopy, cystoscopy and sigmoidoscopy from primary care facilities. Using the latest techniques and up to date equipment, our procedures are proven to be efficient and safe. They have resulted in shorter waiting lists and improved access to treatments. We also deliver some outpatient services as part of care-pathway redesign in primary care.

ENT & Audiology

We can provide a complete community based ENT service including audiology assessments and the fitting of hearing-aids.

Dentistry

Dentistry provision can be a key part of your healthcare provision portfolio. We are experienced in providing a full range of treatments for both NHS and private patients through commissioning and relocating of existing local services.

Optometry

Optometrists can be an important part of any primary healthcare centre and we specialise in facilities that can be shared by local hospital trusts and ophthalmologists. Modern facilities coupled with the very latest eye testing and laser vision correction equipment ensures that modern day eye care is always available to patients.

Physiotherapy Services

Employing only experienced chartered and state registered physiotherapists, we provide treatment and rehabilitation for all types of injuries occurring both in sport and the workplace. We also provide a total professional therapy service to individuals or organisations seeking medical advice and consultations on all aspects of musculo-skeletal disorders.

Pharmacy

We specialise in the relocation of existing contracts and new pharmacy contract applications. We provide re-fit, refurbishment and re-branding solutions to our pharmacy clients.

Education & Training

Competence-based teaching and learning approaches are utilised to develop critical thinking and professional insight which is significant to everyday working practice. In the past Living Care Group have facilitated these practices and our clinics reflect the highest quality in training and service facilities.

Quality Assurance & Clinical Governance

All of the aforementioned services adhere to the latest professional guidelines and regulations and meet all of the appropriate Clinical Governance and quality assurance criteria as laid down by the NHS and professional bodies. This approach ensures that organisations and patients are assured of the highest standards of treatment and care. Regular quality assessments including both patients and clinicians are undertaken which help play a vital part in our continued development, thereby ensuring that our service continues to meet patient needs.
